TMG provides ongoing, high-level strategic marketing guidance to the U.S. Soccer Foundation, which builds soccer fields in disadvantaged communities around the country and provides mentors and coaches for kids in need.
With the gradual shift in the nonprofit industry to focus on small-dollar fundraising, the Foundation needed help modernizing its operations to truly embrace new digital tools, data, and tactics.
A key focus has been on launching the Foundation’s new initiative, “It’s Everyone’s Game,” a commitment to build 1,000 new soccer fields in the U.S. by 2026. This work involves hiring vendors, promotional events around the country, partnerships with major corporate sponsors, and advertising in a variety of mediums.
In recent end-of-year fundraising, TMG helped improve the Foundation’s program in nearly every way, inspiring fans of professional soccer—through partners like MLS, Adidas, Soccer.com, and the USMNT—to see the game as a tool for social change and donate to support the cause.
