Mohamed serves as Global Counsel’s Director for Germany.
Mohamed established GC’s presence in Germany, where he advises clients navigating complex regulatory environments with a focus on mobility, technology, and competition policy. Before joining Global Counsel, he founded a boutique consultancy focused on tech and mobility policy, and he worked in-house in the tech and automotive sector and at a Berlin-based digital policy think tank collaborating with the Federal Ministry of Digital and Transport.
Mohamed has also worked in the Government Affairs, Policy, & Advocacy team of a leading strategic communications consultancy in Berlin, where he advised clients facing critical challenges in the tech, energy, and automotive sector. Mohamed studied law in Berlin and London. He was a Fellow of the Heinrich-Böll-Foundation and Google’s Berlin-based tech policy multi-stakeholder platform Collaboratory.
