Kristen guides political, nonprofit, and corporate clients to achieve goals and measure success by implementing digital technologies in creative ways. To give clients a competitive edge, she pulls actionable insights from complex ideas and datasets—whether it’s focus group responses, multi-platform social listening data, or digital advertising metrics. She has crafted messaging and run digital campaigns in multiple languages for political candidates around the world.
Kristen brings nearly a decade of experience working in-house at national law firms to TMG and Signal, where she applies best practices in contemporary mass media to modernize class action notice programs. With the Signal team, Kristen has led the design of comprehensive notice plans for some of the largest and most high-profile settlements in the country, including In re: Equifax, Inc. Customer Data Security Breach Litigation, and has appeared in court to present to judges on the impacts of Signal programs.
Kristen graduated magna cum laude from Santa Clara University with a B.A. in English and Spanish and started her career providing Spanish legal translation at a Bay Area law firm.
She is a fourth-generation native San Franciscan and enjoys traveling back home and around the world with her husband as often as they can.
