Conan leads Global Counsel’s technology, media, and telecoms practice.
Before joining Global Counsel, Conan was Special Adviser to the British Deputy Prime Minister on innovation policy and, prior to this, spent several years as a political adviser in the European Parliament to senior MEPs.
Conan coordinates Global Counsel’s support for technology, media, and telecommunications clients. He advises global technology, telecoms, and media companies on emerging policy frameworks in the EU, UK, and US on artificial intelligence, data protection, online safety, digital competition, the gig economy, and the metaverse.
