Belma is a Managing Director at Global Counsel, leading the Delivery team.
She began her career at Global Counsel in London, providing advisory services to Asian corporations with operations in the UK and EU. She brings a wealth of experience in corporate advisory, helping clients navigate complex policy issues, to deploy convening and thought leadership as strategic tools in advocacy strategy, stakeholder engagement, as well as positioning on global platforms.
Now based in Washington, DC, Belma works with clients and GC teams to provide management and strategic direction globally, bringing together global programming, partnerships, marketing, and network management.
Prior to joining GC, she worked in the public and non-profit sector, including Capitol Hill and the US Department of State.
