Andrew leads Global Counsel’s Asia practice and is head of GC’s Singapore office.
He was previously a founding member of the Strategic Planning Office at the Singapore Exchange Regulation, where he worked on capital markets regulatory strategy and stakeholder engagement. He has prior policy research and public affairs experience at Finsbury and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, where he was the researcher for the S R Nathan Fellowship for the Study of Singapore.
At Global Counsel, Andrew works with international corporates and investors to navigate policymaking in Asia, and coordinates with international colleagues to scale Asian businesses abroad. He also works with startups and is an advisor to Thryft, a sustainable e-commerce platform in Asia, and a Singapore director to Qumata, an insurtech business with a footprint across Asia and Europe.
