Lindsey Kerr, Senior Vice President at The Messina Group, joined Simone Leeper on Democracy Decoded to discuss online political advertising. Kerr reflects on her experience working on Capitol Hill, most recently as chief of staff to Senator Amy Klobuchar, and the lack of regulations in place to monitor how individuals spend and use online political advertising. She is joined by Truman Anderson, Senator John McCain’s last chief of staff, as well as FEC Commissioner Shana Broussard, and Adav Noti, Campaign Legal Center’s Vice President and Legal Director.
