Grace is the Vice President and Analytics Director at The Messina Group.
She leads data-oriented client engagements and directs TMG’s team of data scientists.
Grace built her career analyzing data to develop actionable insights and promote grassroots engagement. Her political experience includes electoral politics and legislative advocacy, and she has worked extensively on labor and climate policy issues.
Before joining The Messina Group, Grace oversaw the data program with the Climate Action Campaign. Previously, she led the field experiments program for the AFL-CIO and managed client engagements for businesses and non-profits with 270 Strategies.
Grace lives in Rockville, MD, with her husband and her dog, Teddy, who she named after Theodore Roosevelt. She has a bachelors in international politics and a certificate in Arab studies from Georgetown University and a masters in social science from the University of Chicago.
