Zack Stapf

ZACK SERVES AS THE FINANCIAL CONTROLLER for The Messina Group. He is responsible for the overall accounting and financial reporting functions of the firm, including forecasting, modeling, and analysis. He guides financial decision-making by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies, procedures, and internal controls for the firm’s growing practice.

Zack first joined TMG in late 2014 as an intern, and transitioned to a role as the firm’s Executive Associate in January 2015. In this role, Zack was largely responsible for TMG’s internal operations and worked closely with senior consultants on a variety of business, political, and campaign projects.

Zack’s previous work experience, including the ACLU of Southern California and CBS EcoMedia, focused largely on educational equity. He remains passionate about all students having equal education opportunities, and he volunteers in the community as a mentor with Higher Achievement.

Zack graduated from the University of Michigan in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies. Zack is a Los Angeles native who enjoys skiing, traveling, and watching sports, particularly the Michigan Wolverines.
