Daniel Lucich is a managing director and counsel of Messina Group International, focusing on global advisory services and investments. Dan served as deputy assistant secretary of the U.S. Treasury for international trade and investment policy in the Clinton Administration, advising on multilateral and bilateral trade agreements (WTO, NAFTA), the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), and U.S. investment policies. He also has extensive experience working on cross-border transactions for Guggenheim Partners, a global financial services company, and as an international lawyer in Washington D.C., Brussels, and London. Dan was educated the University of Chicago, the University of Michigan, and Yale Law School.
